When the contact form is enabled, your email, selected service, subject and message are saved in the Two Brain and .I support database. The form cannot submit while intake is unavailable. Do not include passwords, recovery codes or card numbers.

This information is used to handle your request. We do not currently use AI to decide refunds or send support messages to external AI providers. Contact us to ask about access to or deletion of your support information.

The hosting provider may log IP addresses and request information to deliver the site and respond to abuse. A derived connection identifier is stored to limit excessive form submissions.

After following a link to the current .I build or another external page, the policy shown at that destination applies. The X link opens a post composer and does not forward your contact message or email. Posts you submit on X are public.
